This non-stick fry pan has a riveted handle designed for commercial food service uses.It is made from 3003 aluminum alloy, is 3.2 mm (10 gauge) in thickness, and features a Quantum2 coating for the non-stick interior pan finish.This commercial fry pan is NSF certified for food service applications.This non-stick fry pan uses Quantum2 for it’s non-stick coating which is internally reinforced with a special blend of diverse ceramic materials. It has outstanding adhesion properties which make it almost impossible to come-off. Quantum2 has a smoother surface appearance and has a high gloss with superb abrasion resistance along with outstanding nonstick performance. It is designed for surfaces which require nonstick properties and are subjected to abrasives or high wear. Quantum2 coatings are also made with silicone making it PTFE and POFA free.
