Positives :
Purchasing the product was easy, I just used my bank's visa card didn't need a credit card or Paypal or any other cumbersome service. I received the product in two days and so far so good. I cant testify as yet as to how durable the bit is, but I used it in some white pine once so far and it went through like butter. I've heard timberline was a good brand, but I guess ill update this review if the bit turns out to be inferior.

Negative :
My only issue with this transaction was that I had no idea when to expect delivery, and only received a (missed) phone call five minutes before the driver arrived. I signed up online for text message updates, but I can't say that I received any texts. I thought I'd be notified when the driver was "Out for delivery" or something like that, but I was not.
